How can I submit a film for your consideration?

If you have a finished film which you think would be of interest to us, you may send us a one-page description of your film, along with a DVD or VHS screening copy to:

Where can I see your films?

Our films are available on DVD and can be found at video outlets such as NetFlix.  Visit our Distribution page for further information on a particular title.

For which region are DVD's encoded?

Our DVD's are encoded in Region 1 NTSC, which means they can be played in the United States and Canada.  If you are interested in purchasing one of our titles encoded for other Regions, please contact our Home Video Division by calling (866) 744-0774 during normal business hours.

How can I purchase a DVD?

We offer several different methods for purchasing a DVD order.

Online Purchase:

Click the Add to Cart" button.  From within the Shopping Cart, you will be able to select the quantity of the title(s).  You may choose to Continue Shopping or Check Out.  If you choose to Continue Shopping at anytime you can click on View Cart to see whats in your Shopping Cart or to Checkout.  When you are ready to Checkout, simply click the Checkout tab from within your cart.  Follow the instructions for checkout as provided.  A confirmation notice with your order details will be sent to you via email.  

Telephone Orders:

Mail Orders: 

To order by mail, simply follow the Online Purchase instructions above.  Choose Money Order upon checkout.  Mail your order form, along with a certified check or money order payable to:

What forms of payment do you accept?

When paying by credit card, we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal.  We also accept payment by check or money order (by mail only).  Checks and money orders must be mailed in; we cannot accept them over the phone or online.  Please mail to:

All orders paid with personal checks will be held for 10 business days to verify funds.  Orders with returned checks will be charged an additional $35.

What is the CVV Number?

CARD VERIFICATION VALUE CODE (CVV)

CVV is a new authentication procedure established by credit card companies to further efforts towards reducing fraud for internet transactions.  It consists of requiring a card holder to enter the CVV number in at transaction time to verify that the card is on hand.  The CVV code is a security feature for "card not present" transactions (e.g., Internet transactions), and now appears on most (but not all) major credit and debit cards. This new feature is a three-or four-digit code which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card.  Therefore, the CVV code is not part of the card number itself.

The CVV code helps ascertain that the customer placing the order actually possesses the credit/debit card and that the card account is legitimate.  Each credit card company has its own name for the CVV code, but it functions the same for all major card types. (VISA refers to the code as CVV2, MasterCard calls it CVC2, and American Express calls it CID.)

If you live in New Jersey - yes.  New Jersey residents: you will be charged sales tax at your local rate, 7.00% for the State of New Jersey.

Shipping 

What methods of shipping do you offer?

We have partnered with UPS and offer the following shipping methods; Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight.  We also use DHL/Airborne with the same services.

How do I calculate the cost of shipping my order?

Simply select your shipment method, and let us do the rest.  Your total cost for shipping will be displayed prior to final checkout.  You may change your method of shipment prior to finalizing your transaction.  Once the transaction is complete, you will not be able to change your shipping method.

What is your Shipping Policy?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours pending credit card verification.  Please allow 7-10 business days for ground orders.  If an item is Out of Stock, you have the option of backordering. The order will be shipped when it is complete via the original service requested.  We can also ship partial orders.  Be sure to select the appropriate method.

We DO NOT accept returns on DVDs that have the security seal removed.
