Media Group, LLC (formerly HP
Productions, LLC), formed in 2001, is an independent media
producing company designed to create and oversee the development, production and
distribution of high-quality films.
The principals of Parabox
Media Group, LLC have a
unique depth and breathe of experience with backgrounds extending beyond the
entertainment industry. On the forefront, President and CEO Rob Moretti has
experienced firsthand the exciting rollercoaster ride of his independent film, "Crutch" by writing, funding, producing, directing, staring in, and then
securing distribution which resulted in theatrical, DVD and Cable releases.
The broader experience of the
principals includes three decades of providing economic, market and applied
research services to a cross section of business, industry and government. These services have included
the formation of approximately 200 independent banks; strategic planning; economic and market
analysis; financial plans and programs; providing continuing counsel to the
directors and senior management of financial institutions, other business
organizations, governmental agencies and development groups; marketing plans and
programs; mergers and acquisitions; and the successful private placement
offering of over $750 million.
We are able to leverage these
decades of experience working closely with clients, assisting in formulating
plans and programs based upon judgment and experience as well as research
analysis. Specialized training and experience in continually dealing with
difficult and complex situations enable a small, but balanced group of
principals and staff and professional associates to develop workable
plans and programs. We also work closely with the client and their personnel in
implementing these plans and programs toward achieving our mutually beneficial
and overriding object, ROI (Perhaps better clarified as serving the investors
who support the art of filmmaking and belief in the subject project.). This must
be accomplished within the constraints of the highest ethical personal and
business standards and practices all without compromising the artistic integrity
of each project.
In an effort to best serve
our clients, we have acquired a sophisticated management system which will
enable us to keep our clients better informed as to the status of their
project(s) and provide them with accurate, detailed real-time accounting. Many
companies profess to have a mission to change "Hollywood Accounting" but
without an integrated management system they fall far short of that goal. The
system is web-based and runs on Oracle servers with the data secured and
backed-up at multiple locations, allowing us to serve you as efficiently in our
corporate
office as from any location in the world with web access.
